An experience designed for those who want to be as close as possible to the energy of the show, with a couple of drinks to kick off the night.
VIP CHECK-IN TIMES: 3.00 PM - 4.30 PM

Please ensure you register with us no later than 4.30 PM to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.
Once the early entry period is over, the regular doors will open, and it will no longer be possible to skip the line in any way.
Your show tickets may display different gates, entrances or timings. Please ensure you follow the instructions we have provided to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.

If you arrive late and miss the early entry, you can still collect the contents of your package at the VIP CHECK-IN no later than 8:30 PM.
It will not be possible to send you the contents of the package after the event.

Proof of Identification (Driver’s License, ID Card, Passport)
We require a valid photo ID in the name of the person who made the original booking. IDs bearing the same last name as the original purchaser or a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID will also be accepted. If the package was purchased as a gift or the tickets were transferred by a friend, please bring a copy of the original purchaser’s ID to check-in.
Your Ticket(s)
Please bring your ticket(s) with you on the day of the event. If you have not received your ticket(s) at least 72 hours before the show, please contact your point of purchase. If you are unsure which ticket delivery method you selected at the time of purchase, please check your order confirmation before traveling to the event.
Guests who fail to present the required items listed above will not be admitted.

We know it may have been a little while since you booked your VIP package, so here’s a quick reminder of everything that’s included:
• One (1) standing GOLD CIRCLE ticket*
• Early entry (15 minutes before general doors open)**
• Dedicated entrance
• 2 free drinks
*There is no additional separate area within the Gold Circle reserved exclusively for Early Entry package holders. The map is for illustrative purposes only.
**Early entry gives you the opportunity to access the venue before the official door opening time, allowing you to get closer to the stage. Door opening times are subject to change and entry may also take place in the morning.

Due to the nature of the event and the resulting wait time between check-in and venue entry, please make sure to stay hydrated. Also remember to prepare for the weather conditions (sunscreen, rain gear, layers, hats, etc.)!
Tour representatives, venue staff, and management reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

I-DAYS SUPER PIT
Watch the show from the most intense spot in the venue.
Step into the Super Pit, a reserved area right in front of the stage, and experience the concert at full volume and full energy. Enjoy open bar service, dedicated facilities and a merchandise voucher to take home an official keepsake.
Built for fans who want to be as close as possible to the music, with nothing holding them back.

**The included gifts and wristbands must be collected before the show by following the given instructions. It is not possible to ship them after the show.
